Electric Buses To Hit Roads In Pakistan Very Soon
The Electric buses will hit the roads of Pakistan this year. however, the manufacturing of the electric buses will start in the next 3 years.
Electric buses charged by the battery power will soon hit the road according to the announcement made by Federal Minister for Science and Technology, Fawad Chaudhry, on Wednesday.
He made the big announcement via his Twitter handle. He revealed that an agreement will be signed between the Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service Limited and Skywell Automobile (Chinese firm) today for setting up the Electric bus value chain in Pakistan.
The Electric buses will hit the roads of Pakistan this year. however, the manufacturing of the electric buses will start in the next 3 years.
Please notice that Pakistan has already approved its first-ever Electric Vehicle (EV) policy in June.

The motorbikes and cars will be shifted to electric power soon. More so, the charging unit has also been installed on Jinnah Avenue in Islamabad.
