Faisal Vawda, Federal Minister for Water Resources, criticized PML-N saying it was “lying down to kiss the boot” when it came to covering their own corruption.
He mocked the PML-N for their “Unconditional Support” for the Service Chief Tenure Bill. Vawda made these extreme comments on a private political Talk Show where he appeared with PPP leader Qamar Zaman Kaira and the PML-N’s Javed Abbasi.
He left everyone astonished when he took a boot out and placed it on the top of the table.
He said, ” I am going to bring this to every talk show.” He also added, ” This is how democratic the PML-N is. They lay down to kiss the boot.”
He heavily criticized them for supporting the services chief’s tenure bills by mocking the slogan of PML-N party by changing it from “Vote Ko Izzat Do” to “Boot Ko Izzat Do”.
He criticized PML-N for being disrespectful to the serving army and told them to respect them the same way PTI did from the first day. They lay down their lives for us and still PML-N is able to show respect to them.
Three bills were passed for the constitutional amendments. Vawda said that PML-N can go to any level to save themselves.
cannot be shined by human hands. The limit to which they have stooped, it looks like the boot has been shined by their tongues,” he added.
This triggered an outrage in the other guests who left the show as Vawda was using extreme language to make his point.
