Varun Dhawan Tests Positive For Covid-19

The Indian actor and model Varun Dhawan, who had been busy now a day in the shooting for Raj Mehta's upcoming movie  'Jug Jug Jeeyo' in Chandigarh, has tested positive for coronavirus.

On Monday, The 'Street Dancer' actor took his Instagram account to share his fitness update along with a photograph of him communicating with his friends over a group video call. 

He said, "As I turned back to shooting in the pandemic, I have caught with COVID-19." 

Dhawan assured that while shooting the movie, all precautionary measurements were followed and requested everyone to be "extra careful."

"All of the SOPS's had followed by the production team but still nothing is certain in life, especially COVID-19, when, where, and how you are affected by it no one knows. So please take additional care of yourself and loved ones as I believe I could have been more careful," Varun Dhawan stated. 

"I see the messages from the fans and followers, my willpower is high and increasing day by day, thank you," he added.

Dhawan had been shooting in Chandigarh forJug Jug Jeeyo,' with co-stars Neetu Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Kiara Advani. 

All three stars were with close contacts of Dhawan, Anil Kapoor has tested negative for coronavirus, however, Neetu Kapoor and Kiara Advani didn't confirm it yet
