Karachi’s Site Area Factories Resuming Their Operations

Karachi is allowing the factories in Karachi’s Site Area to resume their operations under the condition of following the standard operating procedures (SOPs) set by the Sindh government. These SOPs ensure the prevention of the coronavirus spread in the workplace.

The factories owners have assured the government that they are doing the necessary work to follow the SOPs. More so, the factories are being disinfected.

Employees will also take precautionary measures and no one is allowed to enter the factory without wearing a mask.

82 industries in Sindh have already resumed their operations as per the government notifications.

“The factories would be bound to follow the SOPs amid coronavirus outbreak”, the notification reads.

69 units have already been allowed to operate in the province.
