Careem to set up the Regional Tech Hub in Pakistan

Careem has made steps to build its engineering faculty in Pakistan since it is popular and has a large audience. It is going to establish a new tech hub in Pakistan with UAE and Germany side by side. They are planning to develop a super app that can help consumers around the world travel conveniently and make payments.

100 new engineers are to be staffed mainly from Karachi and Lahore. Pakistan has been one of the dominant suppliers of the engineering capacity of the company not only in Pakistan but also in the global market. It is now time for the country to be recognized as one of the main exporters of the talent.

CEO of Careem, Muddasir Sheiha also recognized Pakistan as an integral part of their journey by calling it a place where the first line of the code for their platform was written. He also called Pakistan the third tech. The other two tech hubs are Germany and the UAE.

 It is important for Careem to strengthen its internal system to excel as a service company. A new sight for this purpose is being established in Lahore joined by the team of Careem’s worldwide experts.
