The government of Pakistan is going to launch radio school in order to recover the lost time of the students due to the closure of the school as the result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Shafqat MehmoodFederal Minister of Education has announced in the latest national assembly meeting.
He also explained that the cancellation of examinations was taken after consulting the four provinces and was done to protect the children.
However, the opposition was now against it. “It’s unfortunate that opposition is targeting govt from day one instead of tackling Covid-19. We should “thank God” that Pakistan’s condition is not as bad as European countries,” he added.
Previously a teleschool was launched in the first 15 days of lockdown with the help of a beam provided by Pakistan Television.
