Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced a Rs Rs1100 billion financial package for the aim of affected areas. This package is being considered historic for the transformation of the city.

He explained while addressing the queries about the package that the Federal government understands the problem being faced by the metropolitan city. Thus the PTI government is going to strive hard for resolving the pending issue.

“One year & three-year plans for Karachi’s transformation have been devised as we’ve decided to resolve issues of Karachi on a permanent basis,” he said.

The Provincial Coordination Implementation Committee (PCIC) will be formed which will include the provincial government, federal government, and the army.

“It has been agreed that the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) will clear the Nullahs in the provincial capital,” said PM Imran
