Ingredients
Dry milk powder - 2 cups
Baking powder- 2 tsp
Flour - 1 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Eggs - 2
Milk – 2 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Green cardamom 8-10 or as required
Pistachio as required
Procedure
- Boil the milk and add cardamom and sugar
- Stir it well for 5-10 minutes
- Put milk powder, plain flour, melted ghee and beaten eggs, mix them well to make a soft dough
- Make small balls and add them into milk
- Cook on high flame and leave it for 5 minutes
- Make the flame low and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes
- Pour it in a dish
- Garnish with pistachio and serve chilled
