Rasmalai Recipe for Eid

Preparation Time: 30 mins      Serving : 4 persons

 

Ingredients

Dry milk powder - 2 cups

Baking powder- 2 tsp

Flour - 1 tsp

Ghee - 2 tbsp

Eggs - 2

Milk – 2 cups

Sugar - 1 cup

Green cardamom 8-10 or as required

Pistachio as required

Procedure

  1. Boil the milk and add cardamom and sugar
  2. Stir it well for 5-10 minutes
  3. Put milk powder, plain flour, melted ghee and beaten eggs, mix them well to make a soft dough
  4. Make small balls and add them into milk
  5. Cook on high flame and leave it for 5 minutes
  6. Make the flame low and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes
  7. Pour it in a dish
  8. Garnish with pistachio and serve chilled
