First Public Toilet Finder App in KP, Pakistan.

A great news for travelers. Now they can find a public toilet in a click. Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa government is launching an application on November 19, 2019 to locate a public toilet across the province, announced by Imranullah Mohmand , assistant coordinator of water and sanitation services cell (W&SC) of local government department.

While briefing Kamran Bangash, Special Assistant to Chief Minister on Science and Technology, Mr Imranullah said, as per the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the aim is to help the masses through preventing deceases by keeping the province clean and protecting environment. All available resources were being utilised towards digitalisation and making KP paper-free province, he further said.

Similar application is being run in India and Australia. Now, People of KP are going to have the same facility. He said all the necessary detail about toilets, including their distance, male, female, children and disabled persons, would be available on the app for public information.

He appreciated the initiative and expects that it would facilitate the people as well as tourists and will bring a good image of the province in front of the world.
