Indian Channels Banned In Nepal For Propagating Against Nepal’s PM

Nepal has banned all the Indian channels in the wake of protecting themselves from the Indian propaganda. only the state-run channel of India, Doordarshan is running.

However, no official statement has been released by the government so far. They have yet to release an official statement. This has been done in response to their defamatory shows carried out by many Indian channels.

“We have turned off the signals of the Indian Channels from this evening,” Dhruba Sharma of Mega Max TV, a Nepal channel operator revealed to news agency ANI.

The anti-Nepal shows are being run on the Indian channels because of the new Map presented by the upper house of Nepal’s Parliament. Some of these areas are controlled by India. This map was rejected by India on the basis of the map lacking historical facts or evidence.

This was the reason why many Indian channels insulted Nepal’s Prime Minister Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli.
