Pakistan and Turkey have both made the decision to fight the war of the novel Pandemic together.
Pakistan’s death tally stands at 58 whereas more than 650 people have lost their lives in Turkey. The president of Turkey Tayyip Erdogan and PM Imran Khan spoke over the phone for this purpose. Both agreed to stick together in this tragic time.
A Radio Pakistan reported, ” Pakistan and Turkey have agreed to work together and reinforce each other’s efforts in the fight against COVID-19.”
PM Imran Khan acknowledged the efforts made by the Turkish government in order to facilitate the stranded Pakistanis. He also expressed his condolences to the Turkish President over the lost lives.
Both countries are fighting the COVID-19 Pandemicactively. Pakistan has surpassed 400 cases and lost 57 lives. Turkey has almost 30,000 cases with the death tally of 650.
