The London weekly magazine, Time Higher Education (THE), has ranked 14 Pakistani universities in its world university ranking of most influential varsities. University Impact Rankings  2019 has nominated these universities in the categories Good Health, Wellbeing, Gender Equality, Quality Education, Economic Growth and Wellbeing.

The Times Higher Education (THE) University Impact Ranking has evaluated thee universities on the basis of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in order to provide detailed comparison and a fair contrast.

The honored institutes included in the prestigious ranking THE are National University of Science and Technology, King Edward Medical University, Government College University Lahore, University of Malakand, Quaid-e- Azam University, Dawood University of Engineering and Technology, Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, COMSATS University  Islamabad, International Islamic University Islamabad, and many others.
