PM Imran Khan Awarded Life Time Achievement Award By British Sikh Groups

Prime Minister Imran Khan has been awarded the “Lifetime Achievement Award” on the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikh Faith. This award has been given by two leading Sikh organizations.

The event was held at City Hall and was attended by many important figures including the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan.

The event was attended by many Sikh figures and Sahibzada Jahangir, spokesperson for Prime Minister. Mayor of London welcomed the guests himself in the City Hall.

On receiving the award, the Spokesperson highlighted that the Sikh community is a gateway between cultures and countries. He also expressed that PM was keen to facilitate the Sikh community and will be honored when he will receive his award.

Kartarpur’s work was completed in nine months as Khan’s government aimed to complete the project in the shortest time possible. Jahangir said,” It all became possible because of Imran Khan’s love and passion for peace & humanity. I invite Sikhs from all around the world to come to Pakistan and enjoy our brotherly hospitality and love. Pakistan is now open for foreign investment as the country’s natural resources offer them great opportunities & their assets under the leadership of Imran Khan will be 100 percent protected at all times”.

Dabinderjit Singh OBE, the adviser to the Sih Federation (UK), highlighted the importance of the message delivered by Guru Nanak Dev Ji and advised the audience to choose the righteous path. The event was positively received from the community.
