Train-Bus Collision near Sheikhupura: Atleast 15 Died.

On Friday, In an unfortunate collision between train and a coaster, at least 15 people lost the lives and several got serious injuries. Reportedly, most of the passengers in the bus were sikh pilgrims who were returning from Nankana Sahib The incident took place at 1:30 pm today at a crossing near Sheikhupura.

All the injured are being shifted to District Headquarters Hospital, Sheikhupura, according to Rescue 1122 officials. The bodies are also being shifted to the DHQ hospital. As per reports at least 8 people are injured. However, rescue 1122 team has arrived at the incident and providing first aid to the injured at the site.

Railway official also arrived at the site, all divisional officers were directed to report at the crash site.

Reportedly, the Sikh pilgrims were from Peshawar and were visiting Nankana Sahib to condole the death of a relative.
