5G launch in Pakistan has increased the potential of the country’s IT sector. Dell Technologies is of the view that new business models are being developed despite the economic challenges being faced.

Currency depreciation had a very negative influence on the economy particularly items that are imported. The prices of the products Dell Technologies also increased to 4% since 2017.

Dell Technologies Asia Emerging Markets & South Asia Consumer Business Vice President Anothai Wettayakorn is of the view that a country has a good market caliber for IT products in the country.  He also added that the economic hurdles can help the country grow.

It is predicted that 5G is going to bring a massive transformational change in business and society. Many new devices in billions will be generating and consuming data.

The Vice President saw Pakistan as a potential hub for foreign IT investment despite the political environment of the country.
