82 more industries have been granted permission to operate and resume their business. However, all of them are under the obligation of following the SOPs developed by the Sindh government.
“The factories would be bound to follow the SOPs amid coronavirus outbreak”, the notification reads.
Previously,69 industries were allowed resume their operations and now with 82 industries, a total of 151 industries will resume their operations.
The provincial authorities had also sealed three factories sealed for not following the issued standard operating procedures (SOPs). The reason for closing down those factories as identified by the spokesman to the provincial government Murtaza Wahab was not maintaining a distance between the employees.
