Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has promised to rationalize the fares for the special flights as many people are complaining about the charges.
Air Marshal Arshad Malik , the CEO of PIA, announced that he will look into the matter personally.
PIA has been having these complaints for a long time now and Ghulam Sarwar Khan, the minister for aviation has seriously discussed the matter with the CEO.
The aviation minister when asked the CEO about the overpriced rates, he responded that mostly scheduled flights are ferry flights that are flying a limited number of passengers.
Various safety arrangements are being made like disinfecting airplanes and other safety protocols.The complaints regarding the fair prices were made on the Prime Minister’s citizen portal.
