Blast At Peshawar's Mosque.
Peshawar’s blast, in a mosque belonging to our Jaffariya school of thought, was again, a victim of sectarian violence. Unfortunately, the Shias have had to face such forms of violence for the longest time; either in the Hazara community, that you see howling in pain upon the loss of their loved ones or the peaceful processions that are attacked, without any fear of accountability, whatsoever.
Jummah Prayers are usually at the target of terrorists, for that is the time when the Muslims especially leave everything behind to bow down in front of their creator in their congregational prayers. This happens to be the softest target for people, looking to carry out such vile, disgusting, and inhumane acts upon humanity.

This isn’t the first time that a Shia mosque or procession is being targeted. The Shias have also had to face extreme discrimination, based on their beliefs-that of course differ from the majority, Sunni sect. They’re afraid of saying things that they believe out of the fear of being killed or being persecuted.
About 190 people have been injured, with 56 people that have returned to their Creator as they bowed their heads down. This is beyond tragic, and unfortunate news that was broken to us all, today on Friday the 4th of March and the first of Sha’ban.
Emergency has been declared in the hospitals of Peshawar, with seeds of unmatched fear sown in the minds and hearts of these innocent individuals.
