Double Decker Buses Coming Soon In Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Double Decker buses will be introduced in Rawalpindi and Islamabad next month in order to promote tourism.

Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (TDCP) will operate these buses which are to be launched in February. Furthermore, TDCP will bear all the expenses.

The origin of the operation will be Allama Iqbal Park in Shamsabad and will take the tourists to Constitution Avenue via Shakarparian.

Punjab’s Chief Minister’s Adviser on Horticulture and Tourism Asif Mehmood has confirmed the news. However, in the beginning, only one bus will be operated which will allow the locals to enjoy the ride.

It is being planned that the service will also include Faisal Mosque since the Capital Development Authority (CDA) was contacted by the TDCP in order to provide a no-objection certificate.
