Special double-decker service is going to start in twin cities for tourism purposes hopefully. This service is being launched in twin cities which are Islamabad and Rawalpindi after Eid-ul-Fitr.
Asif Mehmood, Punjab chief minister’s Adviser on Horticulture and Tourism aimed the launnnch to promote the culture of the Potohar region. The project has taken a pause because of coronavirus but it has been underway for a long time.
The main terminal is to be constructed at Allama Iqbal Park double road and the Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (TDCP) will operate the buses as revealed by the special advisor.
Only one bus will run in twin cities initially and the number of busses will gradually increase. The tourism stops will include Faisal Mosque, Marghrzar Zoo, Daman-e-Koh, Constitution Avenue, Lok Virsa, Pakistan Museum of Natural History, and Shakarparian.
