The 21-year-old Pakistani Footballer Karishma Ali made it to Forbes 30 under 30.

Karishma is the first Chitrali women footballer who has played on both national and international levels. She made it to the prestigious Forbes 30 under 30 lists all based on her commitment, drive, and talent.

Karishma Ali tweeted about this saying ‘Baba, look how far we’ve come’ while sharing a CNN Sports tweet.

As President of Chitral Women’s Sports Club, she has trained over 60 girls until now. She aims to make playing football common and accessible to all girls and women of her region. She wants the freedom to play any sports for females.

Ali was part of Pakistan’s first women team that took part in the Australian Football League International Cup IN 2017, and in 2016 won a silver medal while representing Pakistan at the Jubilee Games in Dubai.

In 2019, Karishma also walked the Milan Fashion Week for Haitian-Italian designer Stella Jean who collaborated with Kalashi and Chitrali handiwork in her collection.

Her immense struggle got her a position in Forbes 30 under 30 list with other important people in the world.

Karishma faced many death threats from people, however, she remained fearless and did not back down. She still continues to play and train young girls as well.
