Log into your Instagram account and go to Home Screen of your profile. On top left corner you will see a Flower labeled as Setting click on that:
Once you click on settings a drop down will appear, click on Edit Profile
A new page will appear, Scroll down, on right bottom of the page you will find an option of temporarily disable my account, click on that. (You can deactivate account and can log in again within a limited time to re-activate.
On clicking it, a new page will come asking you reason to deactivate, select the reason and enter your password to proceed further with de-activation process.
After filling in the required columns, click on the blue button of Temporarily Delete Account, You are done!
