PCB CEO Wasim Khan Resigns

Pakistan Cricket Board's CEO Wasim Khan resigns from the post after "his powers were curtailed", according to reports.

After joining PCB as a managing director in December 2018 and later becoming the CEO of the organization, Wasim Khan tendered his resignation from PCB in a meeting with PCB chairman Ramis Raja a day before. Though his contract was to end in 2022, he resigned because his powers as CEO were decreasing.

He was appointed by the former chairman of PCB Ehssan Mani back in 2019 to run the matters in modern lines. But according to reports, he resigned due to the feeling or the fact that his powers have been taken away from him.
