Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight PK-8303 crashed near Karachi’s Model Colony area which was meant to enroute from Lahore to Karachi.
As details shared by the Media reports, the plane was an A320 Airbus and was carrying more than 100 passengers. The post was land in Jinnah International Airport and was notable to since a technical fault developed. So far, there are no casualties and number of injured in the incident.
However, at leat five homes with few vehicles have been destroyed because of the crash. CAA has declared an emergency at the airport after the incident.
DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar has informed that Army Quick Response Force has reached the crash site.
