Saudi Arab Releases Precautionary Measures To Be Taken During Hajj

Saudia Arabia has released health protocols according to which there will be no gatherings and meetings during the 2020 Hajj season in order to contain the spread of the disease.

The number of pilgrims has already been limited to only 1000 to prevent the spread of the disease. The Muslim pilgrims from outside have already been banned.

More so, no one is allowed to touch the holy Kaaba, one of the most prestigious sites in Isalm. More so, a meter and a half-space distance will be imposed on every pilgrim in an attempt to maintain the social distancing work while circling around Kaaba. This was revealed by the Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC).

Wearing maks all the time is mandatory for pilgrims and the staff or organizers. Hajj sites can be only be visited by those with Hajj permits.
