Beirut Port Explosion Claims 50 Lives Leaving Thousands Injured
It is the most powerful explosion in the history of Beirut according to experts. The explosion was so large it blew out windows across Beirut.
The Beirut warehouse explosion has killed 50 people and left thousands of them injured. There are almost 2750 injuries reported so far. The massive explosion resulted in shockwaves, shattered windows, and glass flying in the Lebanese capital.
Officials are of the view that the death toll will rise. Many have been rescued and the emergency workers are still in the process of rescuing. It is the most powerful explosion in the history of Beirut according to experts.

“What we are witnessing is a huge catastrophe,” Lebanon’s head of Red Cross George Kettani told. “There are victims and casualties everywhere.”
The reason identified so far for the incident is the explosives which were stored at the port for years now.
Israel who has fought many wars in the past from Leabonen has denied and has offered aid.
The injured are now being taken outside the country since all the hospitals in the capital city are packed with injured.
“I promise you that this catastrophe will not pass without accountability,” Prime Minister Hassan Diab told the nation. “Those responsible will pay the price,” he said while addressing on television.
