Hassan Ali Becomes Top Wicket-Taker In 2021
Pakistan right-arm pacer Hassan Ali has impressed all with his tremendous fast bowling and ability to trick batsmen across the world.
According to ESPN Cricinfo, the right-arm pacer is at present the top wicket-taker in all formats of cricket in 2021.
Ali has succeeded in taking 40 impressive wickets from 15 innings. Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin is the second-highest wicket-taker with 34 wickets from 10 innings whereas Shaheen Afridi is at the third position this year taking 29 wickets to his name from 19 innings.
England spinner Jack Leach lies at the fourth on the list, as he took 28 wickets from 11 matches whereas Axar Patel at the fifth position has succeeded to take 27 wickets from only seven innings.
In the second Test match against Zimbabwe that was held at Harare Sports Club from 7-10 May, Ali took 5 wickets for Pakistan, giving away only 27 runs.
In addition, in the first Test match played between Pakistan and Zimbabwe, Ali had achieved taking a fabulous nine wickets in the match.

Hassan Ali started his first-class debut for Sialkot in October 2013 while his international debut for Pakistan was made in August 2016.
