Jahangir Tareen Returns To Pakistan
Former PTI secretary-general Jahangir Tareen left London and returns to Pakistan after spending over seven months in the United Kingdom.
Former PTI secretary-general Jahangir Khan Tareen left London for Lahore after spending over seven months in the United Kingdom. He was the close companion of Prime Minister Imran Khan before developing divergence with PM Khan and then the publication of the Sugar Commission report.
According to media On Thursday, Jahangir Tareen had decided to return to Pakistan. When the reporter contacted him, Tareen confirmed the news but didn’t confirm the date when he will be returned back.
However, Tareen departed from Heathrow Airport on Thursday afternoon with members of his family, he landed in Dubai they have booked tickets on Emirates airline. Jahangir Tareen and his family members are landing at Allama Iqbal airport on Friday morning.

The former PTI General Secretary left Pakistan after the government had published the Sugar Commission report. However, Tareen has blamed there are a few people in the circle of PM Imran Khan whom PM is following and hounding him, Jahangir Tareen denied any illegal activity. Recently, Jahangir Tareen also criticized that his family members were surveillance and their phone calls were traced and monitored their movements during the course of investigations by the FIA and another agency.
Recently, CCP said in an official inquiry report that Pakistan Sugar Mills Association (PSMA) – the representative persons of the sugar industrialist creates a lobby that controls the recent price hike with active coordination of a senior officer of JDW Sugar Mills Group, owned by Jahangir Khan Tareen.
