Meet Kashaf Alvi who becomes The Certified Microsoft Associate in Pakistan.
Meet 17 years old talented boy Kashaf Alvi, who is a source of inspiration for many of us. He has made history by first differently-abled Microsoft Certified Associate in Pakistan.
Kashaf belongs to Islamabad. And he is deprived of listening and speaking abilities since childhood. He has always been an extraordinary student since childhood.
He is also actively involved in co-curricular activities. He is an excellent player of basketball. Not only that, but he also participated in the ‘Empower to Cook’ course organized by the US Mission in Pakistan and Abey Khao.
He runs his own Youtube channel titled, ‘Talking Hands by Kashaf Alvi’ where he teaches basic language signs which help others in conveying their message.
And most importantly he is currently working on a book that will enclose guidelines and communication with deaf people, which is going to be published on 23rd September 2021, coinciding with the International Day for Sign Language.
Despite being a multi-talented individual, Kashaf has always been interested in pursuing a career in software development, computer gaming, artificial intelligence, and computer forensics. Hence, becoming Microsoft Certified was a part of that journey. He achieved this milestone by scoring 700 out of 750 and entered his name as the first differently-abled certified Microsoft associate in Pakistan.
Kashaf Alvi’s life is a role model for many people who think they cannot perform well. If there is a will there is a way. Without doing hard work nobody can achieve its goals. So he is a source of inspiration for many of us.
