Murad Shah Allows To Establish Cattle Markets In Province

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has allowed to establish cattle markets across the province for Eid-ul-Azha. The decision was taken in a meeting conducted in Karachi.

However,it was decided that strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) are to be implemented in the cattle market.

These SOPs proposed that cattle markets will be set up 2-5 kilometers outside cities. Children and elderly will not be allowed in the market.

The management has to be more careful and CM has appealed to people not to visit the market. Mobile teams will be deployed in the cattle market.

Sindh Minister for Local Bodies Syed Nasir Hussain Shah reveled that a common point for sacrifice will be established for different locations.

The chairmen of the union councils should play their role for collective sacrifice in their areas and specific points should be identified in each area for the purpose,” he said.
