Noor Mukadam Murder Case: Zahir Jaffer's Bail Rejected

Noor Mukadam's killer Zahir Jaffer spent time in jail and rehab after getting caught with the dead body of the victim in his house. His parents residing in the US came back and asked for bail.

Right after the incident, police arrested Zahir. Investigation revealed that Zahir informed his father about the incident on 20th July. Reportedly, his father contacted the Therapy Works where Zahir was reported to be a counselor, to take him with them.

Further, the father asked Therapy Works employees to shift Zahir to his clinic as a patient to make his defense strong. And then earlier this month, Zahir Jaffer's parents Zakir Jaffer and Asmat Adamjee asked for their son's bail.

The Islamabad Highcourt rejected the bail pleas by Zahir Jaffer's parents. IHC also ordered the trial court to complete the trial within eight weeks.

IHC's Justice Amer Farooq delivered the brief verdict. A detailed verdict would be given later.
