Notices have been issued by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and other concerned official respondents on the petition by an oil company. This notice has been issued by an Islamabad High Court (IHC) bench.
The oil firm has challenged the notice issued by the investigation agency.
The IHC bench as headed by Chief Justice Athar Minallah has heard the petition and has directed the respondents to submit their comments by the next hearing scheduled on June 25.
The representative advocate, Ebadur Rehman requested the bench to cancel the summons against his clients.

The matter has been previously taken to PM Imran Khan who himself has given directions to the concerned authorities.
