PIA Employees Under The Radar Of Their HR Department
Among 63 employees, 5 pilots were terminated over bogus flying licenses, 28 employees over fake degrees, 27 employees over absence.
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has terminated five more pilots because of possessing bogus flying licenses. During the month of July 2020, PIA has dismissed 63 employees over the fake degrees.
Among these 63 employees, 5 pilots were terminated over bogus flying licenses, 28 employees over fake degrees, 27 employees over absence, 1 for inefficient performance, and 2 over misuse of their position.
More so, 4 employees were demoted on poor performance and disobedience, three over violation of SOPs and displeasure over supervisory negligence.
49 employees of the national carrier have already been dismissed earlier in the month of July. 25 have been sacked over the fake degrees, 21 over prolonged absence,
and 2 over disclosing sensitive information to media outlets.
