Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) aircraft no PK-605 did not take off from Gilgit airport because of the missing bolt from the landing gear wheel.
The flight landed in Gilgit and arrived from Islamabad. It was revealed during the inspection that a bolt was missing upon which the Civil Aviation Authority denied the plane take-off. The engineers of PIA are still investing the aircraft.
Earlier another flight from Riyadh which was meant to land in Multan made an emergency landing in Karachi. The passengers demanded for an alternative plane which was arranged to get them to their original destination.
