The action star who has been known for taking drastic risks for his movies and doing his own stunts is partnering with NASA for shooting a few shots for his upcoming movie.
The news was shared via the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Administrator Jim Bridenstine Twitter handle:
ASA is excited to work with @TomCruise on a film aboard the @Space_Station!,” Bridenstine wrote on Twitter.
“We need popular media to inspire a new generation of engineers and scientists to make @NASA’s ambitious plans a reality,” Bridenstine added.
Another Hollywood source reported that Tom Cruise is working with Space X and Tesla entrepreneur Elon Musk for his film which is going to be a first project to be filmed in space.
However, Cruise’s representatives did not comment on anything.
