Usman Buzdar announces a 20% school fee reduction in Punjab

Usman Buzdar announces a 20% school fee reduction in Punjab in the months of April and May. This was announced via Chief Minister’s Twitter handle.

The decision was made after the consultation with the private schools. However, this 20% reduction is for all the schools in Punjab. More so, schools have been directed to take the fee on a monthly basis rather than in one installment.

Termination of the employees has been prohibited during the period of lockdown and the staff is to be paid timely. The payments should not be delayed at any cost.  Previously a meeting was called where representatives were presented with all the clauses last Monday.
