Jalal al Din Is Ready To Set New Records After Ertugrul

The producer and screenwriter of the renowned Turkish drama 'Dirilis: Ertugrul', has announced in a conversation about his new project on Jalal al-Din Khwarazmshah. Mehmet Bozdag further said his upcoming project is another historical TV series.
In conversation to Anadolu Agency he talked about his new project, he revealed: "It will create a massive impact worldwide."
The new drama serial is based on the life of Jalal al-Din Khwarazmshah who is the ruler of the Khwarazmian Empire, who started a struggle against Mongol invasion in vain. After a number of fruitless efforts by the previous Khwarazm rulers to stop the Mongol invasion, Jalal al-Din produced a united front to obstruct the Mongols by putting aside the dynastic fight between Seljuks and Khwarazmians.

At a premiere of a show, Mehmet Bozdag revealed that they started the project in 2018 after the approval taken from the Uzbek government and some episodes of the serial have already recorded, adding that they tried to initiate a new conception in terms of 'cinema language,' but the series has an original concept.
“In this series, we tried to represent geography, history of Transoxianan region and the culture of Uzbek,” said Mehmet Bozdag.
Dirilis: Ertugrul on the directives of PM Imran Khan is currently being aired on Pakistan Television in Urdu dubbing. The popularity of Ertugrual has broken all the previous records of any historical series. Wait for the next series of what it will bring and able to set new records or not.
