Delicious Chocolate Cake Without Oven and Butter Recipe

  • Ghee or Cooking Oil 2 tbsp 
  • Baking Powder 2 tbsp 
  • Powdered Sugar  2 cups 
  • Egg 1
  • Flour (Maida) 2 cups 
  • Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp 
  • Warm Milk 5 tbsp 

For chocolate cream

  • Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp 
  • Powdered Sugar 4 tbsp 
  • Fresh Cream 1 cup 
  • Melted chocolate  2 tbsp 


  1. Pour all ingredients in a blender and blend for 5 minutes
  2. Make the cake pan greasy with oil and spread butter paper on it
  3. Pour the batter of the cake in cake pan and stir it well to remove all air bubbles inside the cake
  4. Take a pan of large size and heat on high flame
  5. Now, put the cake pan inside the heated pan and turn on low flame of the stove
  6. Cook for least 30 minutes on low flame
  7. After 30 minutes, check the cake by inserting a tooth stick or a knife. If it’s clean it means cake is well cooked and it’s time to put the chocolate cake in dish. Otherwise let it cook for another 5-10 minutes
  8. Take another bowl and add cocoa powder, fresh cream, powdered sugar, and melted chocolate and beat it well, chocolate cream is ready now
  9. Pour chocolate cream on the top of the cake, cut it into pieces and serve it
