NCOC Directs Sealing Of 103 Restaurants For Neglecting SOPs

In an attempt to halt the coronavirus from spreading, six marriage halls and 103 restaurants have been sealed in Karachi for neglecting the issued health-related standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Federal Minister for Planning and Development and Chairman NCOC, Asad Umar has revealed that the said indoor restaurants and marriage halls are becoming the epicenter of coronavirus.

Federal and provincial monitoring bodies for coronavirus have been directed to crack down those areas that are not following the SOPs and shut them down.

A micro smart lockdown has already been implemented in Karachi to stop the COVID-19 from spreading.
